Landlords Advice

Guilford Accommodation Agency was set up in 2016 by Brighton Accommodation with assitance from ACM Guildford in order to meet their growing demand for student housing. We have brought our extensive experience in the field from the successful Brighton Accommodation Agency and if there's one thing we know for certain, that's that no two landlords are the same. Therefore our main aim is to ensure that our service meets the requirements of each individual landlord.

All properties will be marketed directly to the students at ACM along with full listings here on our website. We monitor the the feedback from each property closely to provide regular updates on how it is performing, to ensure the highest level of service for everyone.
